Community Guidelines
Pesatrix is built on one principle: honest work for honest pay. These guidelines exist to protect the experience for all users and to maintain the integrity of the platform for the businesses that fund tasks.
What We Expect From Users
Complete Tasks Honestly
When you accept a task, complete it exactly as described. Do not submit fake screenshots, false confirmation numbers, or incomplete work. Tasks are reviewed by both automated systems and human reviewers. Fraudulent submissions are detected and result in permanent account suspension.
One Account Per Person
Creating multiple accounts to claim the same tasks is prohibited. Each user is permitted one active account. Duplicate accounts are automatically flagged and removed.
Do Not Share Login Credentials
Your Pesatrix account is personal. Do not share your password or allow others to complete tasks on your behalf. If unusual activity is detected on your account, you may be locked out for security review.
No Automation or Bots
All tasks must be completed by a human user. Using browser automation, bots, or scripts to complete tasks is a serious violation that results in immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of wallet balance.
Respect Review Decisions
If a task submission is rejected, review the feedback. If you believe the rejection is incorrect, use the official dispute process — do not submit the same proof repeatedly. Repeated invalid resubmissions are treated as a violation.
Violation Policy & Consequences
| Violation Type | First Occurrence | Repeat Offense |
|---|---|---|
| Incomplete/low-quality submission | Rejection + warning ticket | Temporary 7-day account suspension |
| Fake/false screenshot submission | Immediate 14-day suspension | Permanent account ban |
| Multiple duplicate accounts | All accounts suspended | Permanent ban from platform |
| Bot/script/automation usage | Immediate permanent ban + complete wallet balance forfeiture | |
Reporting Bad Actors
If you witness fraudulent activity on the platform — a task that does not match its description, a business that has not paid out, or another user's suspicious behavior — report it to tricreta@gmail.com. Verified reports help keep the platform fair for everyone.
